I have begun a work in your day, a work that I prophesied about, and a work that I spoke about ~ a work that is so awesome that if it were told you, you would scarcely believe it.  And even if you see it happen you will scarcely believe it.  For I have opened a great and effectual door before you.  I have placed My hand upon this nation, and I place My hand upon you.  My hand is for good and it is for mercy!

   And I say unto you that you will see increase, you will see multiplication, and you will see the impossible become the possible.  You will begin to see My people take hold of the horns of the altar and they will not let go.  They will take hold of Me like Jacob took hold of Me, and they will not let Me go until I bless them.

   I am changing the atmosphere of your nation.  And you will be able to see people breathe of My Holy Spirit.  And when they breathe in the power and the purity of My Holy Spirit, they will breathe out blessings; they will breathe out My Word with power and authority.  I will use My people to speak into the atmosphere and they will declare My will.  They will declare My plan and My purpose.  And you will begin to see My Kingdom come, and My will be done.  You will be so surprised!  For it will move swiftly.  And you will experience “suddenlies.”  For when I move, I move suddenly even as on the Day of Pentecost.

   And I am changing the leaders of your nation ~ one by one ~ I am changing them, saith the Lord.  And I am changing the leaders of the Church of your nation ~ one by one!  Those who have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying will be the leaders of the New Testament order.  They will be leaders who will seek My Kingdom first and seek My righteousness first.  They will be leaders of prayer and leaders receiving and seeking revelation of My Word and of Me, that they might know Me.

   I am raising up Pauls that will say and mean it, “I consider everything else dung ~ nothing is as important as this one thing ~ O, that I might know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings!!  And they will be My leaders who will apprehend what they have been apprehended for.  And they are the leaders that have the anointing to go on and they will not quit, but they will press on toward the mark of the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

   And to those leaders who have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying, the door to the past is closed, and a new door to the future and destiny is open.  It will not be church as usual, but it will be The Church that I am building.  It will be a Church where the Holy Spirit is Lord, and He will be Leader.  He will direct what is going on.

   And My people will no longer hang their heads in shame, but they will lift their heads up and they will be thankful. They will be thankful that they are the children of God, and they too will press on toward the mark of the prize of the high calling.  And they will pursue the King of kings and the Lord of lords.  And they will be taught, and they will move away from dependency upon man to complete and total dependency upon Me, saith God.  And the people who have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying will have the mind of Christ and they will not be threatened by the adversary.  Their very confidence and assurance will be a threat to the adversary.  Though he will come one way, he will flee seven ways.

   My people who will hear what the Spirit is saying and have the mind of Christ will be a people of humility, they will be like their Master and will be a people of servanthood.  They will humble themselves just as He humbled Himself, just as He emptied himself and became a man, the Son of man, the Son of God, that He might save mankind.  And so it will be, you will see a people that will empty themselves.  They will make of themselves no reputation.  They will not be concerned about what others think of them.  The only reputation they will concern themselves about will be My reputation, saith Almighty God.  And because they are in humility, they will put themselves under My mighty hand.  I will exalt them in their due season.  But like Job they will be people who will wait until their change comes.

   They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall change their weakness and strength for My strength, saith the Lord, and they will mount up with wings as eagles.  They will run and not be weary.  They will not fall, but they will walk where I walk, saith the Lord, and they will not fall.  They will be people that soar above the problems and circumstances and situations.  They will no longer have the chicken anointing – scratching around in the filth of the chicken pen, they will have the eagle anointing.  They will soar in 2004!  They will be a people who will have no fear for they will know My perfect love that casts out all fear.

   And this will be a people like their Master Who knows where they come from and knows where they are going.  And because they do, they have confidence, they have blessed assurance, they have personal security, and they will be able to be a servant one to the other.  As My Son washed the feet of His disciples, so My people will take the step of humility serving others and if it is necessary, they will wash others’ feet. 

   They will be a people who will eat My flesh and drink My blood.  They will have holy communion with Me.  They will have sweet fellowship with Me.  And their ears will be so tuned to Me that they will have ears for no other.  And their eyes will be so trained to see that they will only see what I want them to see.  So I say unto you tonight, indeed this is a day of victory!

   Though you were set free when you received My Son within thee, you will now begin to experience moment by moment, day by day:  JUBILEE!  You will experience the Christ, and whom He sets free is free indeed ~ free from the enemy, free to be what I have called and chosen them to be.  So RISE UP, My Beloved!  For I have heard your cries, and I baptize you in a new glory and a new dimension for ultimate destination.  Don’t go back.  Look unto Me.  Keep your eyes upon Me.  For your ultimate salvation is neither to the right, nor to the left, and neither is it behind you.  But your ultimate salvation and victory is looking up and looking unto Me, saith the Lord of all Glory!
