God's Original Passion & Design

      God’s original passion and design was to have people He could impart His love into and through.  A people who could truly live as God-persons in His image, and could praise and worship Him.  The sum of the beauty and wisdom of this present Holy Ghost led teaching is heralded in Psalm 117 (New English Bible).

Praise the Lord, all nations,

extol him, all you peoples;

For his love protecting us is strong,

the Lord’s constancy is everlasting.

O praise the Lord.

   Would you like to speak this to the Lord with me?  “Lord God, You are worthy for me to receive, believe and act on Your Word.”  Those three things are necessary for us to have His Word working for us today in those things that we desire.  And yes, we would place another thing with the action.  That is ~ SPEAK.

   For many years I have concentrated and magnified and worked on eliminating doubt and unbelief in my mouth.  But recently, I clearly saw that we are in a new season of magnifying “speaking and talking” the Word.  “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:22-23).

   We must “say” what we want!  Just eliminating doubt and unbelief and keeping silent won’t get the job done.  In the beginning, and as long as the earth remains, God accomplished and accomplishes His will by “speaking.”  Speak the Word only!

   In the evening of July 6, 2003 in Guatemala City, God spoke these words through His prophet, John Carrette, to me.

   Great Grace! Great Grace! Great Grace! Great Grace! 

Grace, grace, grace!  And as you say that to the mountains,

you will see ~ you will see the change, you will see the change!    

For you know as you speak, “Grace, grace,” even things that

appear as though there is no way, will change.  

                For one Word in due season will change a nation.  And

            there is no need for distance in between.  For yea, you have

            had to place your feet in certain nations before for certain

            times and certain missions; but I say unto you at this stage in

            your life, I have given you authority to speak from afar, “Grace,

            grace,” and nations will be changed.

               For I will raise up a COMMUNICATION CENTER, a   

            COMMAND CENTER!  Listen!  A COMMAND CENTER.   

            A COMMAND CENTER!  And that network across the states

            will be used, but the COMMAND CENTER will send the Word

out and mobilize the troops, and give them directions as they hear

the order from headquarters.

   Just give the Word.  Do you not remember in My Word that

man just said to Me, “Just give the Word,” and his servant was

healed.  Didn’t even have to go!  Yea, I have put in you that

same thing.  Speak the Word and nations will be healed!

   For I have not taken you through these nations just as a

tourist, but yea, you have been shaped and formed, it is within

your being now.  As you cry out in authority, you speak the

Word from the COMMAND CENTER, the nations will be

healed.

   “…the nations will be healed.”  What a day that will be!  Something for us to receive, believe, act on (speak the Word) now.  And something to anticipate in the future age.

   Apostle Harold Caballeros’ last words to me July 6, 2003 were, “Washington, D.C. is for the taking now.  You can take it right where you are, in the Spirit.”  Apostle Caballeros spoke these words before and without Prophet John Carrette’s knowledge.  Therefore, two witnesses spoke the Word of the Lord to me on the same day.  I decree it that it may be established and prosper, as it has been sent!  That AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

   Oh!  God’s heart cries for the nations!  Why?  Because nations are people.  He sent His Son into the world that nations, or people, might be saved.  Revelation 20 reveals Satan as the one who deceives the nations.  But Revelation 22:1-5 promises the healing of the nations.

               And He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as

            crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

   In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river,

was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits,

and yielded her fruit every month:  and the leaves of the tree

were for the healing of the nations.

   And there shall be no more curse:  but the throne of God and

of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

   And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their

foreheads.

   And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle,

neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: 

and they shall reign for ever and ever.

   The word “healing” is the Greek word “therapeuo.”   “Therapeuo” means “to heal miraculously.”  Can we doubt the Word or the power of God to hasten to perform the miracle of healing and saving nations?  Let our answer be “No,” and “We believe, Lord God!”

   The word used for “nations”  in Revelation 22:2 is the Greek word “ethnos,” meaning “a nation, people.”  This word was used by Paul in Acts 17:26 for the whole race of mankind considered in a noble or enlarged view as one nation.

   Paul was speaking in Athens.  He saw the city wholly given over to idols and idolatry.  Therefore, his spirit was grieved and roused to anger (see The Amplified Bible).  He then disputed in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market (place) daily.  (Note the three people groups and places.)  What did he preach unto them?  Jesus, and the resurrection!

   God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that

he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made

with hands;

               Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he

            needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and

            all things;

               And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell

           on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times

           before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

               That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after

           him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

               For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain

           also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

   From all nations out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, one royal nation is made of one blood ~ the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.  (See Revelation 5:9).

   We know and believe that we are blessed in the Lord Jesus Christ.  There are many promises that state how we can live that blessed life.  One of them is by reading and hearing the words of the prophetic Book of Revelation, and keeping those things which are written therein (Revelation 1:3).  For the time is at hand!!!  If so then, how much more now?

   The word “revelation” means “to take the cover off.”  We need to take the cover off, and uncover, unveil the intense purposes of God.  If we have the heart of Father-God, we will have a heart for the nations.  The heart of the Apostle, Christ Jesus, is for the nations.  “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus…” (Hebrews 3;1).  The heart of the apostolic-prophetic church is prayer for, and a sending forth into, the nations (see Isaiah 56:7; Matthew 21:13).

    It is error to focus the congregation’s attention solely on building the local “church”.  God’s people in the Old Testament are referred to as the church in the wilderness.  They were alone.  The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is the church of all nations, and about building people and not a structure.

   The Great Apostle and Shepherd, Jesus Christ, said, “…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you” (John 20:21).  How did the Father send Jesus?  To the world to seek and to save that which was lost.

   I grew up hearing, “When a church loses it’s heart for missions, and stops giving to missions, you can close the doors of the church.”  I have lived to see that theory come to pass.  Christ came to loose us from self-centeredness, and if a body of believers becomes self-centered, self is on the throne and not the Lord Jesus Christ.

   Of course we understand unknown tongues are evidence of the baptism with the Holy Spirit.  The power of the Holy Spirit upon us (baptism with the Holy Spirit) is also evidenced by being witnesses in our city, our state, our nation, and unto the uttermost parts of the earth.  We have looked for and emphasized the tongues.  Let us go on to maturity and take the whole of Acts 1:8 into our heart and lifestyle.  Let God give you His heart for the nations!

   In Christ, are we not the salt of the earth and the light-bearers in the world?  Something has to get our attention before it gets us.  Something has to happen in the individual believer’s heart before it can happen in , and be, the heart of the church.  May God’s heart for the nations get our attention, and therefore, get (possess, guide) us.

   Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).  Therefore we have faith or we wouldn’t be a Christian.  Our faith is rooted and grounded in the Lord Jesus Christ, and goes back to the faith of Abraham.  “So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham” (Galatians 3:9).  How are we blessed with faithful Abraham?  In verse eight, Holy Ghost said through Paul, “…In thee shall all nations be blessed.”  A heart for nations issuing forth in being witnesses, in demonstrating love for one another, in prayer, in giving, in going, and in thanksgiving and praise to God is how we receive the Abrahamic and the Christian blessings of God.  This is the apostolic church in action.  It is the Gospel!

    “It is through Him that we have received grace (God’s unmerited favor) and [our] apostleship to promote obedience to the faith and make disciples for His name’s sake among all the nations…” (Romans 1:5 The Amplified Bible).  When you finish reading the Epistle of Paul to the Romans, your heart leaps with joy and a big smile spreads across your face!  It is like Paul concludes his letter in Romans 16:24 saying, “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.  Amen.”  But then it is as if he pauses, meditates, and then exclaims,

   “Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the

world began,

   But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: 

   To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever.  Amen.

                                                                     Romans 16:25-27

“…MADE KNOWN TO ALL NATIONS FOR THE OBEDIENCE OF FAITH!”

   ALL NATIONS!  Maybe our hearts are being strongly warmed in anticipation of His coming as we receive His trumpet apostolic call to the nation.  Could it be so?

   God promises our fasts will ultimately be turned into feasts of joy and gladness, with nations coming to the Lord.  Though the eighth chapter of Zechariah is promise of God’s future blessings for Judah and Israel, in Christ we should be experiencing these blessings.

               And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls

            playing in the streets thereof.

   Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Let your hands be strong,

ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets,

which were in the day that the foundation of the

house of the Lord of host was laid, that the temple might be

            built.

   But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in

the former days, saith the Lord of hosts.  For the seed shall

be prosperous, the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground

shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew;

and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these

things.

               And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his

            neighbour; and love no false oath:  for all these are things that

            I hate, saith the Lord.

               Thus saith the Lord of hosts; The fast of the fourth month,

            and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast

            of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness,

            and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

               Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the

            Lord of hosts in Jerusalem and to pray before the Lord.

                                                  Zechariah 8:5,9,11,12,17,19,22

   I am filled with joy inexpressible and full of glory as I consider what happened in 2003 in the fourth month, and the fifth, and the seventh!  And, Oh!  The great joyous expectation for the tenth month!

   And then we come to the month of October.  It will be a month when all of the operations and the manifestations of the nine months before shall be wrapped up into that month.  That is when we are beginning.  The implosion is already in motion. 

But you will begin to see in October an awesome implosion in yourself.  I am seeing that there will be times in October that you will think, “God, I am going to burst right out of myself, I cannot contain anymore.  I cannot enlargen anymore.  I cannot hold anymore.”  God has said, “No,” He knows exactly how stretched you can become and you will be able to contain it.  But anyway, it is not going to be just an implosion that you will contain and put a cap on like the Dead Sea, but you will find this inward implosion overflowing from your spirit, your soul, and

your body.

   I see it so clearly that in October every vision, every dream, every hope, every godly desire and everything that the Lord has shown you, October 2003 is when it is coming into divine perfection of order and you are going to be like a vision I saw in July 1977.

   I literally saw the Lord Jesus Christ Himself in the Spirit.  It was like this ~ this man was running in the great arena that held thousands, and Jesus was running ~ I saw both of them.  It was as if the man was not running, it was impossible for him to run that fast anyway.  It was like he was not laying hands on the people, but Jesus Christ running with the man was laying hands on the people.  That is what is going to happen in October 2003.

   Paul in First Corinthians 15:10 says, “But by the grace of God

I am what I am:  and his grace which was bestowed upon me was

not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all:  yet

not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”  In this vision

in July 1977 the Holy Spirit Himself manifested the Lord Jesus

Christ running with this man as he ran and laid hands on the

people.

There have been some in this room who have laid down some precious giftings and anointings and calls in your past, and you have regretted that, and you have tried to get that back. But it seemed that everything that you have done, you could not quite grab it again and hold it in yourself and then release it from yourself.  But if you will do what you are supposed to do, led by the Holy spirit of God up to October 1, 2003, you are going to see that all of those things are going to come back.  You are going to be greater than ever.  It is going to be absolutely so awesome your natural mind will not comprehend the greatness of God working in you.

   And God says, Restoration will be greater than ever.  Families

will come together.  People will come into the Kingdom of God that

you have prayed for for years, but they have been rebellious. 

Chains are coming off people.  I am going to loose ‘em, and let

‘em go!  I am going to use you, and I am going to use the anointing

 that is upon you like I did when I raised Lazarus from the dead. 

    And then as I said unto My disciples, “loose him and let him

 go,” and they took the grave clothes off, even so, many are in My

 Church, many are in My Kingdom, and they are raised form the

 dead all right, into newness of life, but they are bound with grave

 clothes.

   October 2003, you expect it.  The mummies are no longer going to be mummies.  They are going to have every bit of their grave clothes torn off of them and you are going to be surprised at what comes forth!  You will have to run harder and faster than you have ever run because they are going to come out of their mummified condition full of the fire of God, for I am going to appear to them in visions and in dreams and I am going to speak to them and I am going to work in them, and they are going to have such an experience with Christ that it is going to be like they are saying, “Let me out! Let me out! Let me out!”  And when they do come out of the bondage of grave clothes, they are coming out with a shout!  They are coming out and they will never pout, and they will run, run, run, with the vision!

   As long as you can be trusted and entrusted by faith, there will not be lack in “the house.”  The world is going to be shaken.  You cannot look at the world, because if you do, you will fall apart.  If you will look to Me, you will be the expression of My great love and My rich mercy.

   God says, “…and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day” (Zechariah 3:9).  It will be “…Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6).  Let us receive, believe, speak and act!  As the apostolic church began and continued, so let us!

   I will simply share with you a portion (drawn from chapters two and three of the Book of Acts as recorded in my personal notes) of the insight concerning apostolic ministry that the Holy Spirit guided me into on February 12, 2002.  It is simply revelation of the apostolic through the Holy Scriptures.  Remember and meditate, ‘What is on the head comes down, and what gets your attention gets you!’ (See Psalm 133.)

Ministry of Apostle and Helps

In Acts Chapter Two:

~ Verses 1-4  describes how they (the apostles) did fast, pray, and wait for the Lord; experienced the supernatural, were full of Holy Spirit and of fire; did praise and worship and give glory to God. 

~ Verses 14-36 describes their strongly decisive manner.  They defended those with them, and they defended the Truth (see John 18:37).

~ Verses 37-47 relates how they did preach and teach the Word with conviction, authority, and power.  God gave the increase.  The anointing “gathers” people into the Kingdom.

~Verse 44,46 exemplifies how the anointing upon an apostle puts an end to strife and division and “knits people together,” as well as brings the people into “one mind.”

~ Verse 45 reveals the manifestation upon an apostle’s life to produce unselfishness and releases the spirit of giving.  An apostle himself is a selfless giver, therefore people catch his/her spirit of giving, and ALL needs are met.  Abundance flows among the saints. (cp. Acts 4:32-37; 5.)

Acts Chapter Three:  Apostles discern, pray, and release miracles. 

~ Verse 16 shows their faith in His (Jesus) Name, making sure all glory goes to God and none to themselves.  Therefore, they have to guard against and stand free of pride. (Daily reading the Word produces this freedom, as admonished in Joshua 1 and Deuteronomy 29:29.)

~ Verse 18 indicates they (the apostles) are those who believe, know, have revelation, wisdom, and understanding in what the Bible prophets said, and the Lord’s prophets today say.  There is a close relationship between the apostles and the prophets.  Prophets proclaim; apostles do.

~ Verse 19 demonstrates that the apostle calls for repentance from God’s people when needed, in order that “times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.”  His manifested presence still flows in purity.

~ Verse 21 shows how an apostle carries an anointing for restoration (cp. 2:44,46) of God’s will in all that concerns Him and has been “lost” from the present-day generation and in all that His Bible holy prophets spoke. 

~ Verse 22 describes how an apostle has great respect for God’s holy prophets, the Word, and today’s prophets.  They love Jesus and especially give heed to Him, His Word (gospels), what He said/says.

   The basic meaning of apostle is sent one.  Though all believers, disciples, are not call to the office of apostle (1 Corinthians 12:28; Ephesians 4:11), every believer, disciple is commanded to go, and is sent to be His witness.  Therefore, apostolic (Book of Acts) anointing is in every born again believer, disciple.

   I awoke on July 26, 2003, hearing these words, “The purpose of the apostolic church is not to destroy religious spirits, but to restore unto Jesus Christ His Church, His Bride, and Kingdom purposes.  Yes, to do the works of Jesus Christ, ‘the same Jesus!’”  It is impossible without God’s Hand!

   We are NOW in apostolic times:  For END-TIME HARVEST!  “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:  and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:19-20).    

   As in Acts 13:41 and Habbakuk 1:5…
